What is Billhighway?
Billhighway is a user-friendly online tool that allows you to collect member dues and fees. Alpha Sigma Tau has partnered with Billhighway to manage their chapters’ finances. Member statements are received by email and payments can be made online, by phone or by mail with Billhighway. Click here for a copy of the 2011 Billhighway Welcome Pack.

Making a payment
Use Billhighway’s Pay Now for a quick and easy online payment option. All that is needed is the member’s account number and zip code. www.billhighway.com/aph/Marketing/quickpay.aspx

Other Payment Options

• Pay online securely using an echeck, debit, or credit card
• Pay by phone: With Billhighway's automated system you can make payments, verify your balance, check payment history or verify a chapter payment address. You will need your account number and zip code to use the automated system. Just call 1.866.245.5499
• Pay by mail: Billhighway, PO Box 634358, Cincinnati, OH 45263. To prevent delayed processing, please include the bottom portion of your statement with your mailed payments and make checks payable to Billhighway or Alpha Sigma Tau (or abbreviations).
• Automatic Payment Plans: Your payment will automatically be deducted from your account on the due date of all future invoices.
• Pay on Facebook: Do you have a Facebook account? With Billhighway you can make payments right from Facebook! http://apps.facebook.com/billhighway

Payment Hints/Tips

• Invoices that are 5 days past due will be assessed a late fee. Please contact your Chapter Officer for questions regarding this fee.
• Payments for different members cannot be combined. We do not have the ability to separate payments for multiple chapter members. Please submit individual payments for each member.

Billhighway provides the service to bill and collect fees from Alpha Sigma Tau members but does not determine fee amounts. For questions on how much you owe or fees that were assessed please contact your chapter officer.

Would you like to receive a copy of your daughter’s monthly statement?

Members can add a secondary email address to their Billhighway account. This will allow you as a parent to receive a copy of your daughter’s monthly billing statement.

To do this, the member will need to:
1. Log in to their Billhighway account
2. Click My Account > My Profile
3. Enter the parent email address and click submit

How do I log in to my daughter’s Billhighway account?

To log in to your daughter’s Billhighway account you will need her username and password. Due to our privacy policy, we cannot provide you with this information.
