Headquarters Staff (Employed)

The employees of the Sorority are our Headquarters Staff.

The Headquarters Staff leads the Sorority in executing strategic initiatives based on our core values of Intellect, Excellence, Graciousness, Respect and Connections. These core values guide the operations and decisions of the Sorority. The six strategic areas of focus for 2010-2015 are: Member Development, Growth and Retention, Communication and Marketing, Alumnae Member Engagement, Infrastructure, and Maximizing Financial Resources.

Executive Director – Jim Paponetti

The Executive Director works to fulfill all areas of the strategic plan.

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sorority, and implementing such policies as may be adopted by the National Council. The Executive Director shall have the authority to hire, supervise, discipline, and terminate all employees, and perform other such duties as required by the governing documents or as assigned by the National Council.

General Areas of Responsibility: Hire and Supervise Headquarters Staff; Appoint and Supervise Volunteer Personnel; Execute Objectives of the Strategic Plan; Financial Management of the National Organization; Serve as a Representative of the Sorority; Work as an Ex-Officio, Non Voting Member of the National Council to Serve the Best Interests of the Sorority; Manage Relationships with Partner Organizations and Licensed Vendors.

Technology Services Coordinator – Holly Morris

The Technology Services Coordinator works directly with collegians, vendors and partners related to technology-based services and solutions. She works to fulfill strategic objectives related to infrastructure, communications and financial resources.


General Areas of Responsibility: Maintain the Sorority’s Patriot Database; Integrate Technology Solutions Through the Officer Portal. 

General Areas of Responsibility: Maintain Accurate Membership Data; Process Membership Status Change Forms; Update Chapter Rosters; Ensure Consistent Data Tracking in Patriot; Manage Facility Renovation with Design Firm.

Alumnae & Volunteer Services Coordinator – Allison Bressler

The Alumnae & Volunteer Services Coordinator works directly with volunteers and serves as a general resource for alumnae chapter/association related matters. She works to fulfill the strategic objectives of the Sorority related to alumnae member engagement and volunteer development.

General Areas of Responsibility: Chapter Advisory Board Appointments & Training; Alumnae Association and Chapters; Alumnae Volunteer Interest; Alumnae Chapter Expansion; Ritual.

Administrative Assistant – Kimberly Posto

The Administrative Assistant serves as daily support staff to the Headquarters Team and will be most members’ first point of contact when calling Headquarters for assistance. She works to fulfill strategic objectives related to infrastructure.

General Areas of Responsibility: First Point of Contact at the Headquarters; Answer Telephones; Process Daily Mail & Deposits; Work with Membership Data in Patriot; Support Headquarters Staff Members with Administrative Items; Receive and Ship Supply Orders; Respond to General Information Questions; Manage Relationship with Facility Vendors.

Database Administrator – Christina Silas

The Database Administrator maintains the Sorority’s Patriot Database and works to integrate the technology solutions through the Officer Portal. She works to fulfill strategic objectives related to infrastructure and communications.

General Areas of Responsibility: Maintain Accurate Membership Data; Process Membership Status Change Forms; Update Chapter Rosters; Ensure Consistent Data Tracking in Patriot; Manage Facility Renovation with Design Firm.

Staff Accountant – Pam Myhre


Collegiate Services Coordinator – Aubrey Ramsey

The Collegiate Services Coordinator supervises the Sorority’s Educational Consultants, works directly with collegiate-alumnae advisory boards and campus Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, and serves as a general resource for chapter management related issues. She works to fulfill strategic objectives related to collegiate chapters and advisors.

General Areas of Responsibility: Hire and Supervise Educational Consultants; Respond to Questions Regarding Chapter Management Issues: Recruitment, Risk Management, Leadership, Scholarship/Academics, New Member Education, Membership Development, etc; Work with Collegiate Services Team: District Coordinators, Chapter Advisory Board Members, Educational Consultants and Volunteer Personnel to Ensure Appropriate Support is Delivered to Collegiate Chapters & Colonies.


Recruitment & Extension CoordinatorGretchen Stahl


Educational Consultants – Emily HamsherMegan MacFeatJustina Solties

Educational Consultants visit chapters to inspire chapter officers and members, educate members on important Sorority information and processes, assist with recruitment, and assess the chapter’s operational and financial status. She empowers and mentors collegiate chapters and colonies.

General Areas of Responsibility: Conduct chapter/colony visits; assess chapter/colony strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement; serve as expert in chapter management, risk management, recruitment, leadership education, new member development, membership development, campus relations; meet with campus FSA; work with Chapter Advisory Boards and House Corporation Officers.
