| Area Recruitment Committee |

| This committee serves under the direction of the National Membership Recruitment Coordinator. The purpose of the committee is to work with and support collegiate chapters in an assigned region of the country with recruitment matters. Members of the committee should be well versed in successful recruitment techniques; Alpha Sigma Tau recruitment policies, procedures and practices; and NPC Unanimous Agreements, regulation and procedures. The Director of Fraternity Programs may serve as an adviser to this committee. | |

| This committee serves under the direction of the National Awards Coordinator, who chairs the committee.The purpose of the committee is to oversee the publicity regarding Alpha Sigma Tau awards and execute the awards procedures to select recipients of annual and Convention awards. Members of the committee should we well versed in the criteria of the various National awards and awarding procedures. The National Secretary may serve as an adviser to this committee. | |
| Chapter Excellence Committee |

| The committee serves under the direction of the National Secretary, who chairs the committee.The purpose of the committee is to oversee the Chapter Excellence Program (CEP); train chapter officers and advisers how to use the CEP and the forms appropriately; work closely with Headquarters and the Director of Publications to incorporate any report updates and make them readily available to chapters, advisers and National volunteers; to calculate the CEP standing of each chapter and inform the National Council, Headquarters and National Staff by September 1 and January 31 of each year; and to inform chapters of their CEP standing by September 1 and January 31 of each year. | |
| Chapter Transition Committee |

| This committee serves under the direction of the Directors of Collegiate Chapter and Extension, who chair the committee. The purpose of the committee is to oversee the transition of recently installed chapters into the collegiate chapter area. | |
| Constitution Committee |
|
| The committee serves under the direction of the Director of Publications,who chairs the committee. The purpose of the committee is to prepare for and evaluate proposed changes to the Alpha Sigma Tau Constitutions, Bylaws and Standing Rules, and ensure that the changes are incorporated into Sorority documents. Members of the committee should be knowledgeable with and able to abide by the Alpha Sigma Tau Constitutions, Bylaws and Standing Rules, policies and procedures and be familiar with and able to abide by the Parliamentary Authority. The committee should consist of at least two members: one to represent the collegiate members and one to represent the alumnae members. The National Parliamentarian or an employed parliamentarian may serve as consultants to the committee. | |
| Finance Committee |

| The committee serves under the direction of the Finance Coordinator, who chairs the committee.The purpose of the committee is to prepare an annual Sorority budget for consideration and adoption by the National Council.The committee also administers the set-aside and reserve funds.The committee should consist of at least two members with a strong financial background and/or experience preparing a budget.The National Treasurer may serve as an adviser to this committee. | |
| Headquarters Committee |

| This committee serves under the direction of the National President. A chair, from the appointed committee members, is selected by the National Council. The purpose of the committee is to review Headquarters operations and provide recommendations to the National Council. The recommendations are deemed appropriate to benefit the National Organization.The National Council has the final approval on any recommendations. | |
